Our room was reasonably large and luxurious with large balcony, a good bed and balcony view. Everyone we met from the staff was supper friendly.

Exceptional: The hotel was exquisite with a neoclassical design. The mixed cuisine was delicious, while the staff was cultured and helpful. The balcony had stunning views. The only downside was the poor WiFi, but it seems to be an Albania-wide issue.

the hotel is located in a nice, quiet, uphill neighborhood, which is perfect if you have a car and want to explore places outside of the city center. the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a balcony offering a lovely city view. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. the breakfast was delicious, and I even had the option to enjoy it in my room. the covered parking spaces were a convenient feature.

The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests we had and made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay with a variety of delicious local produce. The location was also convenient with easy access to key attractions in the city.

The access to the hotel was somewhat confusing, and it was difficult to find initially. , commuting to the city center was a bit inconvenient, and we had to rely on taxis to get around.
